Design and Copyright Everything sold by Twigs is designed by us and made by us, by hand, in England. It is hard work, but the reward of seeing people buy and enjoy our creations makes it all worth-while. We have been copied several times and, while we appreciate that imitation is the sincerest form of flattery, it hurts when someone cynically profits from our hard work. To stop this happening again we have joined ACID, Anti Copying in Design, an organisation that actively fights copying and piracy. We have registered all of our original designs with them. ACID provide legal advice and other support if it becomes necessary. This may seem like an un-country-folk thing to do, but it stops us losing sleep worrying about some unimaginative so-and-so copying our latest creation because we have someone who will look after our rights. All copyright, design rights and intellectual property rights existing in our designs and products and in the images, text and design on our website / marketing material are and will remain the property of Twigs.
