Becoming a stockist

New customers should should read our Trade Terms before applying to be a stockist. We can only supply a limited number of stockists at one time because we are such a small company, but we keep a waiting list of interested parties.  A price list will be sent out when we agree to take on the new account.

Trade Terms

• Proof of trading will be required for new customers.

• First order for new accounts must be over £100 (no limit on following orders) AND cheque must clear at the bank before goods are sent out.

• Pro-forma invoice will be sent for every order and will need to be paid before product delivery.

• We will not supply more than one shop in the same town / local area.  Also, please check with us before selling through any events, fairs or shows or on eBay.

• An additional 10% discount will be given on orders over £100, before P&P applied. 

• Any breakages or problems with the order must be reported within 3 days.

• All copyright, design rights and intellectual property rights existing in our designs and products and in the images, text and design on our website / marketing material are and will remain the property of Twigs. Any infringement of these rights will be pursued vigorously.

Please note: our products are not intended for children under the age of 14.

Postage Rates

Postage will be charged at the Post Office Parcel Post rates, with enhanced compensation for loss or damage rate added.

Delivery Times

Please allow 3 weeks for production, plus Parcel Post delivery time.  The order may take longer to complete if an alternative fabric from the product's standard fabric is required.  Also, large orders will take longer to complete.  We will advise on delivery times when an order is placed.

We have a large range of fabrics available. Click on one the links below to see them. The photographs are as close to real life as we can get with our camera! Samples are available for selected fabrics if required.

Some of our products  e.g. Lavender Hearts can easily be  made up in the fabric of your choice. The fabric of other products can be changed from the standard option, but it is best to check with us first and it may take longer to complete your order.
